About Us Executive Team > Mike Martinez, CIO With nearly twenty years of experience in the healthcare market, Mike Martinez brings to Embark Health a broad spectrum of technology and management experience. Most recently, Mike was the CIO at Cogent Healthcare, a national hospitalist company, where he led the development of Cogent’s technology platform used in hospital clinical programs around the country. Previously, Mike was the Chief Technology Officer at Children’s Hospital and Health Center in San Diego, a top 25 children’s hospital performer, where he was responsible for planning and directing all technology effort. Mike also served as the Chief Information Officer at Regency Healthcare, a national long-term care provider that operated over 100 facilities nationwide, and as Technology Director for St. Joseph Health System, a multi-billion dollar integrated healthcare delivery system located in Southern California. |
